Central Aberdeenshire Licensing Forum

1.    To keep the liquor licensing system in Central Aberdeenshire under regular review and to respond to consultation exercises undertaken by the Central Aberdeenshire Licensing Board and the Scottish Executive as appropriate;

2.     To consider the implications of relevant local data and statistics provided by the local police force and the local Health Board;

3.     To meet the Central Aberdeenshire Licensing Board at least once per year; and

4.   To advise the Central Aberdeenshire Licensing Board on any matters of policy and other areas of concern, excepting individual licensing applications.
